CIF OUTCOME 2023/2024 – ANOTHER RECORD-BREAKING YEAR!

CIF 23/24 OUTCOME

Last week, the Condition Improvement Fund (CIF) results were announced. CIF will provide £456 million for academies, sixth-form colleges, and voluntary-aided schools from 2023-2024. There were 1,033 projects secured which will spread over 859 different educational institutions. All applicants have been contacted if they were successful and been informed about the next steps.

We had another record-breaking year, with a huge 81% success rate. This round we secured in excess of £36 million of CIF funding for our Multi-Academy Trusts (MAT) and Academy clients. This will be allocated across the 87 secured projects to improve Academies Nationwide.

This funding will support projects including:

– Fire Door and Compartmentation
– Legislation Compliance Fire Safety
– Safeguarding Fencing
– Safeguarding Security Improvements
– Boiler Replacement Works
– Urgent Damp Remediation
– Renewal of Roof Coverings
– Legionella and Water Safety

Due to our on-going commitment to helping our Academy and MAT clients, we have secured over £80 million worth of CIF funding in the last 3 years alone, helping to improve the condition of their estates.
